Tai Chi Wellness Series I
We are pleased to announce the senior citizens special online live - 'Tai Chi Wellness Series I', a course of 12 classes. Practice an art embracing the mind, body and spirit with a Tai Chi Instructor, to understand its significance and benefits.
Date: 4 May - 10 June( 12 Class)
Frequency: Every Tuesday and Thursday
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 PM
Fee (12 Class): Rs. 3000
During this 6 weeks course (12 classes) you will learn and practice - • Series of 18 Tai Chi movement patterns - fluid, flowing and circular • Physical posture and Body positions for balance control • Regulation of breathing • Healing Meditation

Tai chi is a gentle exercise that helps senior citizens improve balance and prevent falls. Tai chi is often referred to as "meditation in motion." "Tai" means highest and "Chi" represents energy, breath, and spirit. With a series of fluid movements Tai chi combine deep breathing and relaxation with slow and graceful movements.
