Arrive at Kochi airport from your hometown by noon and proceed to Munnar which is around 2.5 hour drive through enthralling waterfalls, lakes and tea plantation. Munnar, a haven of peace and tranquility, means three rivers and the town is located at the confluence of 3 mountain streams - Muthirapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala and surrounded by lash green Tea Plantation.
Once you reach Munnar, check in to the hotel and go for a walk in Munnar town. Spend your time at leisure - buy spices, tea, scented oils/candles/soaps, ayurvedic medicines. Your dinner will be served at the hotel dining room.

Tea Factory: The museum set up at the Nallathanni Estate of Tata Tea in Munnar is a tribute to the toils and rigours of its pioneers, who showed utmost determination to transform Munnar into a major tea plantation centre of Kerala. Know about various stages of tea processing and making of green and black tea.
Idukki Arch Dam : Visit Asia’s first arch dam. On one side is the calm reservoir and on the other one can hear the roar of the waters as it plummets into the dense valley. You can go for a river boating in the beautiful lake.
Top Station : The highest point in Munnar, Top Station offers panoramic views of the countryside and the sprawling tea estates. The summit also offers clear views of the plains of Tamil Nadu and the edge of the Western Ghats.
Mattupetty : Situated at a height of 1700 Mts , Mattupetty is famous for its highly specialized dairy farm, the Indo-swiss live stock project. Over 100 varieties of high yielding cattle are reared here. Visitors are allowed into three of the eleven cattle sheds at the farm.
In the evening, you may at your leisure enjoy an ayurvedic spa treatment and rejuvenate your body, mind and soul. Your dinner will be served at the hotel dining hall.

Upon reaching, check-in to the houseboat, where you will be served lunch, prepared following authentic local cuisine. Once houseboat starts sailing through the canels and lakes, spend time at leisure gazing at graceful and greenery-fringed village life along the banks. The houseboat stays standstill from evening to next day morning, to allow fishing for villagers. Dinner will be served in houseboat.

Once morning sun peaks over the horizon enjoy your breakfast and later proceed for Trivandrum the capital of the southern Indian state of Kerala.
Upon reaching Trivandrum, check in to the hotel and later head out for Padmanabhaswamy Temple. The temple is a blend of Kerala and Dravidian styles of architecture. The history of Sree Padmanabhaswamy Temple dates back to 8th century. Post breakfast, proceed to Kanyakumari, a scenic town surrounded by Majestic Hills and the plains bordered by colorful sea-shores, fringed with coconut trees and paddy fields. On the way visit, Padmanabhapuram Palace, a magnificent wooden palace of the 16th century, is an enticing ediffice to any lover of art and architecture. This old palace of the Rajas of the erstwhile Travancore (1550 to 1750 AD) is a fine specimen of Kerala's indigenous style of architecture.
Upon reaching Kanyakumari, check in to the hotel. In the evening visit Kanyakumari Temple and Gandhi Memorial at slow pace. Spend time at the beach and shopping of local crafts at your leisure. Return back to hotel for dinner.

Once morning sun peaks over the horizon, admire the sunrise from the beach. Post breakfast, take a boat trip to Vivekananda Rock, built on the memory of Swami Vivekananda — the spiritual teacher, prophet and patriot-monk of modern India. Vivekananda Rock Memorial was constructed in 1970, as symbol of unity standing at the confluence of three oceans.
Upon returning from Vivekananda Rock, at 12:00 PM check out from hotel and proceed to Trivandrum. On the way spend your evening at leisure at Kovalam beach before going the hotel.

Idukki Dam : It is one of the highest arch dams in Asia. It was constructed by Kerala State Electricity Board.
Top Station : A tourist destination in the Kannan Devan hills of Munnar, Top Station is popular for the rare Neelakurinji flowers.
Mattupetty : One of the main attractions in Mattupetty is the beautiful lake, and the Mattupetty Dam, which are ideal picnic spots. The District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC), Idukki provides boating facilities in the Mattupetty Dam. Speed launch, slow speedboat and motorboats are available on hire. Other nearby places of interest includes the picturesque Kundala tea plantations and the Kundala Lake.
Of all the main attractions at Mattupetty is the dairy farm, run by the Indo-Swiss Livestock Project. The dairy farm is a unique one of its kind with several varieties of high-yielding cattle being reared.
Padmanabhaswamy Temple : A temple built in an intricate fusion of the indigenous Kerala style and the Dravidian style of architecture associated with the temples located in the neighbouring state of Tamil Nadu, featuring high walls, and a 16th century Gopuram.
In terms of gold assets and precious stones, it is by far the wealthiest institution and place of worship of any kind in the recorded history of the world, with an estimated $22 billion worth of gold and jewels stored in underground vaults (not accounting for historical value)
Kanyakumari Temple : The 3000 year old Kumari Amman temple is dedicated to Virgin Goddess Kanyakumari. It is said that once Banasura, the demon king got supremacy over Devas and meted out cruel punishment to them. The Devas performed a Yagna pleading to annihilate the evils. Goddess Parasakthi came to Kanyakumari in the form of a virgin girl to kill Banasura and relieve the sufferings of Devas. The deity faces east direction and it is believed that the nose ring of Devi Kanyakumari set with rubies are so bright and that could be seen from far at night.
Vivekananda Rock Memorial : Towards the end of 1892, a young monk found himself at Kanyakumari. To quell the questions raging in his mind, he leapt into the sea and swam across shark-infested waters to reach a holy rock in mid-sea the very last bit of Indian land. On the rock, he meditated, taking in the whole of India as it were, from that vantage point. At the end of three days and nights, the monk found enlightenment on his life’s mission which was to arouse the nation from its dismal slumber of a thousand years of slavery and rediscover its past glory. Thus was born on that rock, Swami Vivekananda — the spiritual teacher, prophet and patriot-monk of modern India.
Gandhi Memorial : It was constructed as a memorial to Mahatma Gandhi who had visited Kanyakumari in 1925 and 1937. Its near the Kumari Annam Temple.
