  • The Magical City of 100 Spires

    Arrive by flight by afternoon hour in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic and most iconic of all of Central Europe's cities. Prague thrills visitors with Baroque, Renaissance, and Gothic architecture, down-to-earth pubs and the Prague Castle, looming high over the city and creating a spectacular skyline. The Vltava River flowing through the centre of Prague tells the romantic and mystical legends of the city which is more than 1000 years old.

    Avail the group pick up from airport, and on the way from airport, embrace the historic beauty of the city. In the evening attend a local traditional restaurant to enjoy lively performance of Czech folklore show and feast on a Czech culinary classics. Clap along to the cheerful tunes, tap your feet and perhaps join the colorfully-clad dancers and musicians playing customary Czech tunes. Proceed to Hotel for good sleep before exciting days ahead.


  • Bohemian Fantasy and with Fairy-tale Design

    The morning mist with sunlight washes over the city. The aroma of freshly baked bread fills Town. After breakfast, we shall embark on a guided walking tour using public transport to the, UNESCO World Heritage circuit of Prague. We start walking from Lvi Dvur and continue to enchanting Prague Castle, the largest medieval castle in the world. We shall cover St. Vitus Cathedral, Old Royal Palace and Basilica of St. George, Golden Lane, Hradcanske square.

    We will continue walking through Klarov to Charles Bridge from where you can see Kampa Island and to the Old Town. We will come to Old Town Square with the famous Astronomical Clock, Tyn and St.Nicolas Church and then from there we shall continue to Celetna street to Powder Tower and then via famous Na Prikope street to Wenceslas Square and back to Old Town square.

    Post lunch we shall proceed to 'New Town' which was founded by Charles IV in 1348, following his coronation as king under the Holy Roman Empire. Here series of relatively modern 600 years old buildings surround the cobblestone courtyard.

    Prague is not only famous for its 'hundred towers', but also for its bridges. On mesmerizing evening cruise on the river Vltava we shall admire Prague Castle on the one side of the river and on the other side beautiful buildings in the Old City with the Charles Bridge. With its three Gothic towers, 30 intricate Baroque statues, and 16 beautiful arches spanning the Vltava River, the picturesque Charles Bridge is a compelling and tranquil landmark in Prague.After a fullfileld day proceed to restaurant for dinner and return back to the hotel.


  • The City of Silver with Rural Czech Experience

    Back in the 15th century, Kutna Hora was the capital of the Bohemian kingdom , and walking around it feels as if the city has been frozen in that time. Kutna Hora owed its position and wealth to the silver mines that had been established there in the Middle Ages. During 13th century, roughly one third of all silver produced in Europe came from this region. The richness of the city resulted in beautiful architecture and construction of several astonishing monuments such as the St Barbara's Cathedral or the Italian Court, which made the city a UNESCO World Heritage site.

    Post breakfast, we shall drive through a scenic road to Kutna Hora where you will admire the massive gothic St Barbara's Cathedral from the 14th century which is considered as Notre Dame of Czech. The magnificent church standing atop a cliff is a remnant of the glorious past of the mining town. The construction of the church began in the 1300s only to finish in 1905, taking nearly 600 years. The interiors of the church are as stunning as the intricate exterior, with stained glass paintings, wall frescos and ceiling murals.

    We shall return back to Prague and you will have some leisure time in the evening for shopping and to enjoy the rhythm of the city at your own pace.


  • Czech Republic's Finest Medieval Town

    History and magic is hidden around every corner of Czech Republic. Cesky Krumlov is one such magical city in South Bohemia and feels like a fairy tale from the Middle Ages with Quaint houses, a grand castle, a meandering river. During 16th century, the town's Golden Age, Cesky Krumlov was heaven for artists, scientists, and alchemists from all over Europe.

    Post breakfast, we shall drive through beautiful Czech countryside and upon reaching shall enjoy walking tour of the Cesky Krumlov. The entire city is a declared as UNESCO World Heritage site, therefore no car or bus are allowed in the city. With an uphill walk through cobblestone streets, we will enter the courtyards of UNESCO-protected gem Krumlov Castle, residence of the South Bohemian aristocracy since 13th century. We will see strikingly colorful round tower, which was built to guard the medieval river crossing, The Church of St. Vitus , Unity Square and Svornosti Square.

    After lunch, we shall leave behind the Czech Republic and proceed to Austria where breath-taking mountains and serene river of Salzburg will welcome us. The stunning city is admired as much for its architecture as for its wondrous scenery. The River Salzburg glides down from the encircling Alps and divides the city. The peak of Untersberg stands 6,114 feet above sea level and dominates the horizon. . Upon reaching Salzburg, we shall check in to the hotel. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a restaurant near to the hotel.


  • Elegance of Austria Alps and Lake District

    Post hearty breakfast, we shall drive through Europe's one of the most stunning route through Austrian Alps to Hallstatt, Europe's most beautiful village, located in Austria's Salzkammergut lake district, a scenic wonder that has enthralled nature lovers for centuries with colorful, picturesque and an adorable Austrian village nestled in between towering Alpine hills descending into the blue lake waters.

    Roam in the winding streets of this UNESCO World Heritage Site, a distinction partially granted due to the village’s preserved architectural style, cultural practices, and ancient traditions. Enjoy a drink or a bite to eat at one of the sidewalk cafes - the mountains and lake are your constant companions, even when you are standing at the heart of the city. They surround us on all sides and we are always stealing glances at them. In the afternoon, once bright sun casts its golden glow on the rugged peaks of the North Chain roll across the skyline, we shall return to Salzburg. Post dinner enjoy quiet sleep in the city of music.


  • Tour The Sound of Music

    Wake up in Salzburg, the birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and picturesque town in the heart of Austria's Lake District.

    Post breakfast, proceed to a walking tour of Salzburg, where the Mirabell Gardens and Mozart's former home shine against what was once on the fringe of the historical city. We shall follow our guide and hear the stories of Salzburg's history and splendour that begins at Residenzplatz, the oldest square on the Salzach River's left bank. A 17th-century marble statue adorns the center of the square along with a gilded fountain that stands nearly 50 feet tall. Intricate figures of horses and dolphins add to the impressive display of Atlas and Triton.

    Post lunch on bus tour, we shall visit original shooting locations from The Sound of Music movie around Salzburg, to Mondsee, a delightful turquoise lakeside town, surrounded by magnificent karst peaks setting a picturesque scene. Visit to the basilica St. Michael where marriage of Maria and Captain Von Trapp took place in the world-famous musical, The Sound of Music. and continue to the Hellbrunn Palace and Leopoldskron Palace which is converted to a hotel now. Return back to Salzburg for overnight stay.


  • Walking Tour of Vienna

    Post breakfast, proceed on a scenic ride to Vienna, an opulent city rising from the architectural pearls of its history as the capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Upon reaching Vienna we shall join a walking tour in which you will see the inner city and its most important sights, such as the Hofburg, the former Imperial Residence. Here you will find the Imperial Treasury with the regalia of the Holy Roman Empire, and also the stables of the famous white horses, the Lipizzaners. The route leads by way of the Graben with the Baroque Plague Column to the very heart of Vienna, the Gothic Cathedral of St. Stephans. A stroll around Vienna is like a journey back in time to the city's imperial past. Examples of the capital's rich cultural heritage and reminders of bygone imperial splendor await you around every corner. In the afternoon, check in to the hotel and go to local restaurant for dinner, post which return back to the hotel for good sleep.


  • Remnants of an Imperial City

    Vienna, as a city of music, enjoys a paramount reputation around the world. No other city has been home to so many composers of international renown. Some, such as Schubert, Strauss, Schoenberg and Berg were born there, others, such as Mozart, Beethoven, Haydn, Brahms and Mahler chose to live there.

    Post breakfast, we shall visit Schonbrunn Palace, the summer retreat of the Habsburg dynasty for more than 200 years and and home of Maria Theresia. We shall continue through Vienna's city centre, visiting the gothic St. Stephen's Cathedral. The Gothic structure is empowering with one of the biggest free-swinging church bells in Europe, bringing an uproarious peel to the hour. A guided walk along the city's showpiece Ringstrasse boulevard is an experience to remember as the Ring is lined with grand buildings and beautiful parks on both sides. We will witness the view of some famous buildings, such as the MAK, the State Opera House, the Parliament, the City Hall and the Burgtheater. Return back to hotel and enjoy dinner on the way before retiring for the day for a good night sleep.


  • Mosaic of Hungarian and Renaissance finery

    The Viennese morning is calm as you try to catch a glimpse of light casting from the rising spire of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Post breakfast, we will board a coach to ravel for about an hour through lovely Austrian countryside to Slovakia's capital Bratislava. Upon arrival our guide will take us on a walking tour of Old Town, with stops at medieval Michael's Gate and hilltop Bratislava Castle, which dates back to the Stone Age. Still more Old Town sights include Grassalkovich Palace, which was a summer residence for an 18th-century count. In its heyday, the Hungarian aristocrats gathered at this massive rococo-style palace. Walk to the Slovak National Theatre and St Martin's Cathedral, where Hungarian emperors were once crowned in elaborate ceremonies. Keep your eyes peeled for the quirky life-size bronze statues located in various spots around Old Town Bratislava.

    After you enjoy your lunch, take some time at your leisure to stroll around town, perhaps visiting a coffeehouse, shopping for souvenirs. In the afternoon, we shall drive to Budapest, the Hungarian capital, where the river separates the two sides of the city into Buda and Pest, a connection of a royal past and democratic present. Arriving in Budapest brings you back to the wide berth of the Danube, where you can see the celebrated Hungarian Parliament building sitting on the riverbanks reflected in the water. We shall enjoy dinner and then proceed to hotel for check in.


  • On The Banks of The Danube

    The morning light shines over the Danube and brings a sparkle to the cobblestone streets of the city. Straddling the Danube River, with the Buda Hills to the west and the Great Plain to the east, Budapest has a well-deserved reputation for being one of the most stunning cities of Europe. We shall begin our day with a Grand Tour of the Hungarian capital. The Heroes Square, the State Opera House, the Hungarian Parliament, the Royal Palace and the Citadel cannot wait for you to see them. In Trinity Square you come face to face with Matyas Church, a pristine facade with a large rose window and grand multi-tiered spire.

    Along Fisherman's Bastion, we will find 100-year-old construction of archways and lookouts that commemorate the old fishermen protectorates. We shall take funicular train up to the Buda Castle. On a scenic ride along the Danube river, we cross the famous bridges - the Elisabeth bridge, Chain Bridge, Giant Wheel on Deak Square.

    In the evening, cruise the River Danube and glide past iconic landmark monuments such as Buda Castle or Habsburg Royal Palace, National Parliament, Fisherman's Bastion, Szechenyi Chain Bridge, Matthias Church and the Vigado Concert Hall, which are beautifully lit in the evening and a leisurely cruise along the Danube River is the best way to see them.


  • Time to Bid Good Bye

    The pastel buildings and cobblestone streets will soon become a memory of this beautiful and underestimated area of Europe. You have seen castles and towns, mountainsides and amazing histories, along rivers and hidden in plain sight. It's time to move from the hotel to the airport where you will begin your journey back home.

What is included

10 nights accommodation in 4* category hotels - 3 Nights in Prague, 3 Nights in Salzburg, 2 Nights in Vienna, 2 Nights in Budapest. All stay on twin sharing basis. If you prefer single sharing room, contact us for supplemental cost. In Europe, size of hotel rooms and bathroom are relatively smaller compared to other countries.

What is excluded

  • International flight for travel from Indian to Prague and return from Budapest.
  • Additional cost of International Travel Insurance for age above 70 years. Any difference to be payable on actual by traveller.
  • TCS - Tax Collected At Source on Foreign Tours as per Govt norms. As of now the TCS is 5%, however exact TCS amount will be collected as per TCS rate applicable during the tour date.
  • Any supplement if required for Non-Indian passport holders.
  • Supplemental Fee for VIP Service, Fast or Urgent Visa Process.
  • Any increase in Schengen Visa Fee.
  • Sightseeing and attraction tickets not mentioned in inclusions. Any form of Joyrides, Boat rides, hot air balloon, adventure activities which are not part of group activities

    You must pay balance amount 60 days before tour departure date to ensure your booking is on.

Special Travel and Health Guidelines for 50+ Aged

  • Central Europe Cities covered in this itinerary are Medieval heritage cities and commercial transport access is restricted and limited. Most of the city sightseeing will be covered by guided walking tours which need walking on cobblestone street and some part on slope.
  • You must be physically fit and should be able to walk at good walking pace without needing any assistance or support.
  • If you suffer from knee pain, back pain, asthma, heart ailment and face difficulty in walking or walk at slow pace or do not like to walk or need support to walk, this tour is not appropritae for you.
  • May - June Summer and September - October - the Autumn is the magnificent season and known for pleasant weather and clear blue sky to visit Central Europe. Average temperature ranges between 15 - 25 degree C.

Do You Need A Visa

Schengen tourist visa for Indian Passport Holder is applied through Austria VFS. It takes 2 - 4 weeks to get Visa approved after all documents submitted. If you have never appeared for any Schengen Visa biometric before, then you have to visit VFS in or around your hometown, to get your biometric done.

We shall assist you in getting appointment at VSF. Please note 50+ Voyagers only assists you in the visa application and can not influence your visa process, duration and approval. It's your responsibility to ensure you submit all required documents as per guidelines of Schengen tourist visa. The respective country's Consulate is the sole authority to grant you Schengen tourist visa.

Documents Required for Visa

    Original passport which is valid for at least six months from the date of return of this tour and has minimum 3 pages blank. If you have old passport, same to be submitted in original.

    Clear, signed, scanned first 2 pages and last 2 pages of your original and old passport. Photo copy of all visa and stamped pages of all passports.
